SMALL AGENCIES INITIATIVE

Piloting in PA Q3 2021

Purpose: Equip officers working in small and remote agency settings with enhanced skills based in empathy, equity, and human relationship along with the support they need to ensure that their communities are safe and connected.

Project Description:
- Catalyze a collaborative organization to recruit, hire, and support officers serving rural, remote, or small agency settings in Pennsylvania.

- Curate exceptional training content and delivery methodologies for officers in a variety of settings, standardizing curriculum across the state.

- Connect and empower a network of officers to ensure continual improvement and continuity in delivering policing in these specific settings.
